Pick the material first
Ask where the product lives: a wet bathroom or a handbag. That answer decides stainless steel vs carbon fibre, the weight, the freight cost and most of the return rate.

- 04 What is the MOQ for a custom colour, pattern or logo — not a stock model?
- 05 Which certificate numbers will the shipment carry, and who issued them?
- 06 What is the lead time for a repeat order, not the first order?
Ordering facts, before you ask
MOQ applies per SKU, not per purchase order — a three-product launch is three minimums. Certificate numbers are published on the certifications page so your importer can verify them with the issuing body.
