Your Own Brand Without Owning a Factory
Differentiation is the whole game in DTC. Colour, print, finish, packaging and bundle are all changeable without a new mould.
A DTC brand lives or dies on not looking like a marketplace commodity. That does not require a new product — it requires owning the surface, the colour, the packaging and the story. We let a brand change all four on an existing mould: a printed pattern instead of plain black tube, a custom colour and finish, retail packaging with the brand’s own artwork, and a product bundle designed for the brand’s actual customer. The first order can be small, so the design decision is tested against real customers before it is scaled.
Where DTC differentiation usually comes from
- Surface pattern and colour rather than plain tube
- Packaging that reads as a consumer product, not a medical device
- Bundle design around a customer story
- Weight and fold-down behaviour as a customer experience
What we need to quote
The customer, the price point, the bundle and the launch date. A DTC timeline is usually driven by photography and content, so the product needs to arrive before the content does.

A market-tested model, packaging built for FBA, and a first order small enough that a failed launch is a lesson rather than a loss.

MOQ applies per SKU, not per purchase order — a three-product launch is three minimums. Certificate numbers are published on the certifications page so your importer can verify them with the issuing body.
