What happens after you contact an assistive device manufacturer?
Most first enquiries get a generic reply because the supplier cannot tell which of three very different projects you are running: a stock model with your branding, a modification of an existing model, or something that has to be built from a drawing. Here is the path every enquiry takes with us, and what you get at each step.
Your enquiry lands on a real desk
A photo, a drawing, a competitor link or a specification sheet — whatever you have. We reply with questions if something is missing, not with a brochure.
Material and MOQ recommendation (within 24h)
We tell you which material fits your target retail price — stainless steel, carbon fibre or a lower-cost substitute — and which order tier you are actually in.
Tooling and cost position
If the design already exists on our moulds, no tooling cost. If it needs a new colour, print or structure, we quote the one-time tooling separately so you can decide.
Sample
A physical sample before any bulk commitment. This is the step where a design gets fixed — cheaper here than after 5,000 units.
Production, testing and documentation
Load and salt-spray testing, then the paperwork your importer needs: ISO 13485, CE documentation, FDA registration, test reports, packing list.
Packaging for your channel and shipping
Retail, marketplace/FBA or bulk packaging, built into the order instead of bolted on at the end.

Our facility
Nanlang, Zhongshan, Guangdong — the same industrial cluster that supplies a large share of the world’s bathroom safety and mobility aids. Tube cutting, automated welding, plastic injection, carbon fibre forming, pattern printing and load testing are on our own floor, which is what makes a small custom order possible at all.

MOQ applies per SKU, not per purchase order — a three-product launch is three minimums. Certificate numbers are published on the certifications page so your importer can verify them with the issuing body.
