New Tooling & Full OEM
A product that does not exist yet, built from your drawing or sample. Tooling quoted separately, sample approved before production.
The OEM path is for brands with proven sell-through who need a product of their own. It starts from a drawing or a physical sample, requires a new mould or structure, and passes through a physical sample approval before any production. We quote tooling on its own line so you can see exactly what a design change costs instead of it being buried in a unit price — and we will tell you when a cheaper existing mould would do the same job.
What we need from you
- A drawing, a 3D file or a physical sample

- Target retail price and target market
- Any certification or standard the market requires
How the tooling stage works
Tooling is designed and built, then a sample is produced and approved. Any change after approval is a new change with a cost — which is why the sample stage is where we push hardest for decisions.

MOQ applies per SKU, not per purchase order — a three-product launch is three minimums. Certificate numbers are published on the certifications page so your importer can verify them with the issuing body.
