Capabilities

What we can actually do, and why it is hard to copy.

A factory website usually answers “what do you sell”. This page answers the question a brand buyer actually asks: can you make the thing I can’t find anywhere else, and can you do it without asking me to order a container first?

01

Equipment in-house

Laser tube cutting, automated welding, bending, our own plastic injection line and our own printing line. The processes that decide quality and lead time are on our floor.

02

Production lines we built

When you own the line you can change a jig for one order. When you rent capacity from a neighbour, your customisation waits for their schedule — and their customer.

03

Material upgrades

Painted iron to stainless steel in wet rooms. Aluminium to carbon fibre in mobility. We would rather sell you a product that survives the second year than a price that wins the first quote.

04

Speed under our control

Sampling measured in days. Trial runs measured in hundreds. If you need to test a colour, a pattern or a bundle, you should not have to order a container to find out.

Processes on our floor

Six processes that decide your review score.

Laser tube cutting

Tight tolerances without a tooling change for every variant.

Plastic injection line

Seats, backrests and hardware produced in-house instead of sourced.

Automated welding

Consistent weld penetration — the joint that decides whether a frame wobbles.

Carbon fibre forming

Tube rolling, curing and drilling under one roof, with wall thickness we control.

Pattern printing

Wood grain, marble, camouflage, brand graphics — printed on carbon fibre, not wrapped.

Static load & salt spray

The two tests that predict a return rate instead of describing one.

Flexible production

“Flexible” does not mean “we accept small orders”.

It means the line can change without a committee. It means a brand can put a new colour, a new pattern or a new bundle in front of real customers before spending real money.

  • Small trial runs
  • Mould & jig changes
  • Bundling & packaging
  • Spare parts supply
Flexible production — tooling, jigs and line changeovers
Quality & documentation

Paperwork that survives a buyer’s audit.

Test reports

Static load, salt spray, material composition — the tests that predict how the product behaves in year three.

Certificates

ISO 9001, ISO 13485, CE documentation, FDA establishment registration. Certificate numbers are published for verification.

Export documents

Commercial invoice, packing list, HS code guidance and marketplace-ready labelling support.
