About this page

Where do these reviews come from?

From buyers we have shipped to and from platform-verified metrics where the buyer has allowed us to reference them. We do not publish invented testimonials, and we do not name customers who have not agreed to be named.

Why are the numbers blank?

Because this page is being rebuilt. The metrics and buyer quotes are collected from our own order records and platform profiles, and they will be published with their source rather than as a claim.

Can I speak to an existing customer?

Sometimes — with the customer’s agreement. Ask on your call, and we will tell you honestly whether we can arrange it for your category.

What do buyers complain about most?

Across the category, three things: frame corrosion on coated steel, packaging damage in transit, and hardware going missing inside the box. All three are design and packaging decisions, which is where we focus.
