Three order tiers, three minimums, and the reasoning behind each one. If a supplier quotes you a single MOQ for every type of project, they are either guessing or about to change the number on you after the sample.

What are the minimum order quantities and unit prices?

Guangdong Jinda Rehabilitation & Nursing Products Co., Ltd. applies three minimum order quantities. A stock model from our own moulds with your branding starts at 50 pcs. An existing mould with a changed colour or a printed pattern starts at 200 pcs, because the line and the printing set-up have to be changed for your order. A new mould or a new structure starts at 1,000 pcs, which covers tooling and a sample approval.

Unit price is quoted FOB in US dollars against your brief, not published as a list price, because the same frame in painted steel, stainless steel and carbon fibre is three different products. What drives the price, in order: the material, the wall thickness and hardware, the printed pattern, the packaging, and the order quantity. Sampling takes around 7 days from a stock model. Production against a scheduled order is 15–20 days, and repeat orders run 7–10 days — the repeat number is the one that decides whether a marketplace listing stays in stock. Payment is T/T or Trade Assurance.

What is the MOQ for a stock model?

50 pieces for an existing model with your branding, where no tooling change is required. This is the tier most brands start with, because it lets a product reach real customers before a container-sized commitment.

What is the MOQ if I change the colour or add a printed pattern?

200 pieces. The mould exists, but the line has to be changed and the printing has to be set up for your order, which is why the minimum is higher than a stock model. Printing is done on our own line rather than outsourced, which is what keeps this tier reachable.

What is the MOQ for a completely new design?

1,000 pieces. A new mould or structure has to be built, and a physical sample approved before production. We quote the one-time tooling separately so you can see exactly what the design change costs, rather than hiding it inside a unit price.

Is MOQ counted per order or per SKU?

Per SKU. A three-product launch at 50 pieces each is a 150-piece order with three minimums to satisfy — not a 50-piece order. This is why most launches start with one hero product, prove sell-through, and then add the others on a repeat order.

Do you charge for samples?

A stock sample is free — you cover the shipping, and it is credited against your first bulk order. A custom sample (new colour, print or structure) takes longer and may carry a sample charge, because the line has to be set up for it.

What are the lead times?

Stock models ship the same day. Production against a scheduled order is 15–20 days. Repeat orders run 7–10 days, and that number is the more important one — it is what decides whether a listing goes out of stock. Sampling is around 7 days.

What are the payment terms?

T/T, and Trade Assurance where the buyer prefers platform-backed payment. We are happy to quote against either — the terms are not the part of the deal where we cut corners.

How do I know the unit price before committing?

Ask for three numbers: stock MOQ pricing, modified pricing at 200 pieces, and tooling cost for a new design. Those three give you the real shape of the cost curve, and they are the numbers we would want if we were the buyer.

Stock model, your branding

An existing model on our own moulds, with your logo on the product or the packaging. No tooling cost. Stock items ship the same day.

Best for: testing a market, first-time importers, marketplace sellers launching a new SKU.

200 pcs

Changed colour or printed pattern

Same mould, different look. We change the colour or run a printed pattern on our own printing line — wood grain, marble, camouflage or your brand graphic.

Best for: brands that need a product that is not identical to every other listing.

1,000 pcs

New mould or new structure

A design that does not exist yet, built from your drawing or sample. Requires tooling and a physical sample approval before production.

Best for: established brands with proven sell-through who need their own product.

Three ways to lower your unit cost

Use a mould that already exists

Tooling is a one-time cost that gets spread across your whole order. Starting from an existing model removes it entirely — and it is the fastest route to a first sale.

Consolidate SKUs into one order

MOQ applies per SKU, but shipping, paperwork and set-up are charged per shipment. Two SKUs in one order usually costs less than two separate orders, even at the same total units.

Decide the material against the price band

Carbon fibre costs more per unit and less per shipment once freight is counted; stainless steel costs less per unit and lasts longer in a wet room. The cheaper material is whichever one stops the product coming back.
