What our products are actually made of
Material is the first decision, not the last one. It decides where the product is safe to live, how heavy the parcel is, what it costs per unit, and what it is likely to be complained about in year two.
Stainless steel — in-home
Commode chairs, toilet safety rails, shower chairs and grab bars. A wet, chemically cleaned room destroys a coated steel frame in a predictable way; stainless steel removes that failure mode entirely. The trade-off is unit cost, and the return is a quieter warranty ledger.
Carbon fibre — on the move
Canes, crutches, walkers and rollators. Carbon fibre changes two numbers at once: the weight a customer holds, and the weight you pay to ship on every unit. Wall thickness and the finishing of the adjustment holes decide whether it survives, not the fibre alone.
Aluminium — price bands
Used where the retail price cannot carry stainless or carbon. It is lighter than steel and softer than both, which is why joint design and wall thickness matter more on an aluminium frame than on any other material we use.
Printing & surface
Wood grain, marble, camouflage and brand graphics — printed on the tube on our own line, not wrapped as a film that lifts at the edges. Powder coat, paint and anodised finishes are available depending on the frame material.

MOQ applies per SKU, not per purchase order — a three-product launch is three minimums. Certificate numbers are published on the certifications page so your importer can verify them with the issuing body.
