A PDF certificate can be edited in ten minutes. A certificate number either resolves on the issuing body’s website or it doesn’t. Ask any supplier you are considering for the number, then go and verify it — including ours.

Why we publish the numbers
Overseas buyers get burned by trading companies presenting themselves as factories. The usual counter-measure is a wall of certificate images — which proves nothing, because images travel.
So we do it the other way: the number is public, the issuing body is named, and the link takes you off our site. If a number doesn’t check out, don’t buy from us either.
How to verify a Chinese supplier in five minutes
- Ask for the certificate number, not the PDF
- Verify it on the issuing body’s own website
- Ask for the business licence and check the registered scope
- Ask for a live video walk-through of the production line
- Ask which processes are done in-house and which are outsourced
- Ask for a trial-run MOQ — a trading company usually can’t do one

Ordering facts, before you ask
MOQ applies per SKU, not per purchase order — a three-product launch is three minimums. Certificate numbers are published on the certifications page so your importer can verify them with the issuing body.
