Three tiers. 50 pcs for a stock model from our own moulds with your branding. 200 pcs for a changed colour or a printed pattern on an existing mould. 1,000 pcs for a new mould or a new structure, which covers tooling and a sample approval.

Per SKU. A three-product launch is three minimums, not one. Most launches start with one hero product, prove sell-through, and add the rest on a repeat order.

Against your brief rather than from a public list. The same frame in painted steel, stainless steel and carbon fibre is three different products at three different price points. What moves the price most: material, wall thickness and hardware, printed pattern, packaging, then quantity.

Yes, and deliberately. A one-time tooling cost is quoted on its own line so you can see exactly what a design change costs, instead of it being buried inside a unit price you cannot audit.

Yes. A stock sample is free — you cover shipping, credited against your first bulk order. A custom sample takes longer because the line has to be set up, and may carry a sample charge. Sampling runs around 7 days for a stock model.

We can match a function, a material and a specification. We will not copy another company’s protected design or branding, and we will tell you plainly if your reference is too close to someone’s registered design.

That is the OEM path. It requires a drawing or sample, tooling, and a sample approval before production. It starts at the new-tooling tier, and we quote the tooling separately.

Yes — retail carton, marketplace/FBA packaging, inserts, assembly sheets and label artwork. Packaging is decided with the product brief, not after it, because packaging artwork is usually the hidden delay in a launch.

ISO 9001 and ISO 13485 for the quality system, CE documentation, US FDA establishment registration and third-party test reports. Certificate numbers are published on the certifications page so your importer can verify them with the issuing body.

Static load testing at the load-bearing points, salt-spray testing on hardware, and in-line inspection during production. Those two tests predict different failure modes: load decides whether a frame deforms, salt spray decides whether a bathroom product rusts.

Ask for a live video walk-through during working hours (GMT+8) rather than a video file, and ask which processes are in-house and which are outsourced. Then check our certificate numbers with the issuing body, and compare our company profiles.

We prepare the documentation package an importer or marketplace will ask for: test reports, material declarations, labelling and market-specific marking.

Stock models ship the same day. Production against a scheduled order runs 15–20 days from production scheduling (stock models ship same day). Repeat orders run 7–10 days — that is the number that decides whether a listing stays in stock.

Yes. FOB or CIF from South China by sea or air, coordinated with your forwarder or one we recommend. Customs clearance and duties sit with you and your importer.

Commercial invoice, packing list, HS code guidance, and the certification and test-report package your importer requires. Certificate numbers are available for direct verification.

Tell us with photos and the batch reference. Quality issues are resolved against the order, not argued about — and the fix is usually a design change we should have caught at the sample stage.
