Packaging is where launches actually get delayed, because artwork is produced off-site and by someone who has never held the product. We treat packaging as part of the product brief: corner reinforcement instead of a thicker carton, segmented packing so hardware cannot migrate inside the box, an assembly sheet made with real photographs of the actual unit, and a bundle decision that reflects the listing rather than the factory’s convenience. Deciding this at the sample stage moves it onto the critical path alongside production instead of behind it.

MOQ applies per SKU, not per purchase order — a three-product launch is three minimums. Certificate numbers are published on the certifications page so your importer can verify them with the issuing body.
