Which of the three order tiers your project falls into, and why. If your design cannot start at a low MOQ, you will hear it on the call rather than after a deposit.

Material recommendation

Stainless steel, carbon fibre or a lower-cost substitute — against your target retail price, not against our favourite product.

Lead times

Sampling around 7 days. First production order 15–20 days from production scheduling (stock models ship same day). Repeat order 7–10 days.

A screen-share walk-through

Point at a model and we will pull the drawing, the material and the current stock position on screen.

Booking questions

What should I prepare before the call?

Three numbers: target retail price, target market and first-order quantity. Plus a reference photo or competitor link if you have one. With those, the call produces a decision rather than a follow-up email.

Who will be on the call?

One person who actually knows the product and the line — not a call-centre handoff. If a technical question comes up that needs our engineering side, we will say so and come back with the answer.

Can we do this over WhatsApp or email instead?

Yes. A call is faster for design trade-offs; email is better when you need everything in writing for a partner or an investor. Both reach the same desk.

What if I only want to browse?

Then start with the product lines and the MOQ & pricing page — no call needed. Come back when a specific design question appears.
