Vertically integrated production
Laser tube cutting, automated welding, plastic injection, carbon fibre forming, pattern printing and load testing are on our own floor. That is what makes a small custom order possible — when you rent capacity, your customisation waits for someone else’s schedule.
Material upgrades instead of price games
Painted steel to stainless steel for wet rooms. Aluminium to carbon fibre for mobility. Both cost more per unit and return less in warranty claims, which is the only reason to do it.
In-house pattern printing
Wood grain, marble, camouflage and brand graphics printed on the tube by us, not wrapped as a film that lifts at the edges. It is the fastest way for a brand to look different from every other listing.
Flexible MOQ
50 pcs on a stock model, 200 pcs for a colour or printed pattern change, 1,000 pcs for new tooling. Three tiers, because a stock model and a new design are not the same project.
Sampling measured in days
7 days for a stock model. Repeat orders run 7–10 days, which is the number that decides whether a listing goes out of stock.
Certifications you can verify
ISO 9001, ISO 13485, CE documentation, FDA establishment registration and third-party test reports — with certificate numbers published so your importer can check them with the issuing body.
Documentation built for importers
Commercial invoice, packing list, HS code guidance, test reports and market-specific labelling. The paperwork is part of the order, not an afterthought.
Spare parts beyond the first order
Replacement pads, tips, plugs and hardware, supplied long term. Institutional buyers care about year-three maintenance as much as unit price.
